Ibla! Italian language school in Sicily

The territory is spotted with many farms producing wine (Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOC) , olive oil (Mounts Iblei
olive oil DOP), cheese (Ragusano DOP) and tasty vegetables. The town of Modica is also famous for its tradition of patisserie an particularly the production of chocolate pastries.
