ICARI The Spanish School is a language academy registred under Costa Rican laws with the name of Instituto Caribeño de Inglés ICARI de JyL S.A.(Cédula Jurídica No. 3-101-443418.) with legal residence is in Cahuita, Talamanca.

ICARI born in 2005 as a 100% Costa Rican alternative to many Spanish schools that are just looking for money. In those days José and Francisco after see that was happening in a near Spanish academy decided that was the time to go away and start a new language school where the students receive that they really deserve.

We are a small, boutique Spanish school, which allows us to be totally dedicated to providing personal attention and the best learning environment for each of our students.

All of our Spanish Programs are Individually Designed for each student.

We will consider your requirements and will design an Individual Spanish Learning Plan (ISLP) – a unique teaching curriculum just for you, based on:

your objectives in learning Spanish language
your present level of Spanish competence
your special area of interest or Professional Concentration
your personal Natural Learning Style

Centro Lingüístico CONVERSA was founded in 1975. We have developed an ideal learning environment for intensive Spanish programs, and we have provided our instructors with the skills and tools necessary to help you learn the language.

Learn Spanish the fun and natural way in beautiful Costa Rica

La Escuela Del Sol is an adventure for people who want to learn Spanish, fire dancing, surfing or practice yoga in a tropical paradise. Programs, consisting of any one or two of the aforementioned courses are from 1 to 4 weeks, and may include a zipline canopy tour, horseback riding to private waterfalls, night time giant turtle egg laying tour, a waterfall hike and more. College credit is available.

Amistad Institute offers specially developed Spanish language and Cultural Training; and Volunteer Programs. Our Campus is a beautiful 5 acre Private Reserve, filled with trees and wildlife.
